Established in 2011, the law firm of Hird, Chu & Lawji, PLLC. ("HCL") was formed by Eric Hird, Wayne Chu and Arif Lawji, who decided to combine over 30 years of legal expertise into a successful and client oriented law firm.

To reinforce the Firm's longstanding commitment to assisting clients with their real estate needs, Arif Lawji, has established a fee attorney relationship with North American Title Company to provide Escrow and Title Insurance products to our real estate clients and customers.  Arif Lawji and Eric Hird are designated as a Board Certified Lawyers in the area of Commercial Real Estate Law and Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  These skills, products and services will enhance the value that the law firm will be able to offer our real estate clients.
